How to install Jorvick(star) and patch them.

Install process for all 12 games is the same but some require additional steps to make them run their best.

1.       Download the games from here (get game and jorvick.dxw)

2.       Mount the iso, if you can’t do it get WinCDEmu

3.       Run setup.exe on the mounted CD (or autorun)

4.       Install the game as normal (next, next, you know how) [SA has installer in Russian or polish]

5.       Once the game is installed some games has no-CD cracks in folder (SSL 2-4, SS 1-4) just replace the .exe in the install directory with the one provided in the folder where the .iso was

6.       Star Academy has Word.pxw just replace the original in install directory/Data with the one from the folder where the .iso was

7.       To play the games in higher resolution get DxWnd extract it and launch it [does not work on SSL1]

8.       DxWnd File – Import jorvik.dxw.

9.       Star Academy 3 will appear right click it and click Modify

10.   Change Name to what game you installed, Path to path to games .exe, Launch: same as Path, Window initial position & size W & H to your monitors resolution and press Try … the game should launch in your desired resolution

11.   Quit game press ok to save the config, press Options – Expert mode right click your config and press proxy – d3d9

12.   Navigate to the install directory and delete d3d9.dll, dxwnd.dll, dxwnd.dxw

13.   Launch the game from DxWnd or minimize DxWnd and run it from a shortcut (DxWnd has to be running)
